Cobalt Digital Announces Vice President Promotions

Cobalt Digital Inc. is pleased to announce the promotions of two Cobalt directors to the positions of Vice-President. The company has named Kevin Moore as the new Vice President of Engineering, and Chris Shaw as the new Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

“We are delighted to have Kevin and Chris at the helm in Engineering & Sales. Both have been instrumental in guiding Cobalt’s expansion, and we look forward to their roles in the company’s future,” said Gene Zimmerman, President of Cobalt Digital.

As Vice President of Engineering, Moore will be responsible for leading the development of Cobalt’s growing line of 9000 series cards for the openGear frame, as well as further improvements to Cobalt’s established stand-alone conversion line. Moore was recently named one of Central Illinois’ “Top 40 under 40,” in recognition of distinguished leadership and professional accomplishment.

Shaw brings over 30 years of industry experience to his new role as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. He commented that ”Cobalt has experienced significant sales growth over the last two years. The continual additions to the 9000 series cards for openGear ensure that the product line offers considerable viability for satisfying end-users’ terminal gear needs.
